However, a major threat to foreign direct investment(“FDI”) flow into developing economies in Africa is the relative difficulty of doing business experienced both internally and externally. Nigeria boasts the distinction of being Africa’s largest economy, however it faces persistent challenges and hurdles that hinder the smooth flow of investment into the country.

Join the Investing in Africa webinar series, where panelist swill discuss the roles of the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission(“NIPC”),the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (“PEBEC”) and other institutions charged with improving the flow of FDI into Nigeria, and review and assess the legislative and regulatory initiatives that have been implemented to strengthen them.
