Biography

Tubosiya is an Associate in the firm’s Tax and Corporate/Commercial practice groups. She regularly advises local and foreign clients on various tax (direct and indirect) issues affecting inbound and outbound investments.

She also routinely represents several MNEs and local companies in tax disputes regarding all aspects of the Nigerian tax regime.
