Biography
Bolutife is an Associate in the firm’s Taxation, Corporate & Commercial, International Trade and Arbitration Practice Groups. His expertise extends to advising different indigenous and international companies on a range of commercial matters, including investment, tax planning, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, and financing.

Particularly, he regularly advises both local and foreign clients on diverse tax (direct and indirect) matters impacting inbound and outbound investments. Additionally, he provides representation to several multinational enterprises and local companies in tax disputes spanning all aspects of the Nigerian tax regime.

He has made notable contributions to a range of legal publications, including the Nigerian chapter of the Legal 500 International Arbitration Comparative Guide.
