He has practised extensively before all the superior courts of record on matters relating to labour and employment, capital markets, telecommunications, contracts, tax, banking and finance, auditor’s negligence, shareholders’ rights and insolvency. He renders advisory services to financial institutions, corporate organisations and multinational companies on insolvency, restructuring and turnaround of companies, mergers and acquisitions, schemes of arrangement and compromise, winding-up petitions, voluntary liquidation, receivership and bankruptcy.
