She regularly advises companies on business start-up and corporate due diligence issues in Nigeria.

Frances is a certified corporate governance professional whose diverse experiences make her poised to proactively provide legal support to multinational and domestic clients to prevent legal infractions including those which negatively impact their bottom line.
