Biography

Eseosa is an Associate in the firm’s Banking & Finance, Energy and Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. She advises different indigenous and international companies on a range of commercial matters including debt restructuring, energy, corporate governance, and taxation. She is currently advising a syndicate of local and international banks, on a US$141 million syndicated loan facility in respect of the acquisition of a power plant.
