The Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) Practice Group of ǼLEX has commenced the operation of the ǼLEX FinTech Centre (“the Centre”) from today, 1st March 2021!
The Centre, which is a virtual hub for all registered persons to access free premium legal resources on issues affecting the financial technology (“FinTech”) Sector, will also contain:
- interviews with founders of FinTech companies and skilled lawyers on practical issues in the FinTech sector;
- podcasts on legal issues;
- regulatory insights and updates for the FinTech sector;
- legal tool kits for tech start-ups; and
- other information relevant to the FinTech sector.
