On Monday, 14th December 2020, our Lawrence Fubara Anga (LFA) was formally conferred with the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria.

A decorated lawyer and seasoned advocate, LFA is qualified to practice law in three jurisdictions (Nigeria, Ghana, England and Wales) and has a strong multi-disciplinary background in law, economics, management and fiscal policy.

A Yale and Cambridge Scholar, LFA has carved a strong niche for himself in Aviation, Maritime and Banking & Finance. He is also a trained arbitrator and has received advanced training in ADR from California State University and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK (Nigeria branch). He represented Africa on the UNCITRAL: United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Committee of Experts on International Commercial Fraud.

He is the Chairman of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry Law and Taxation Committee, Chairman of the The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) investors Protection Fund and is presently a member of the Board of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce International Arbitration Centre (LACIAC).
