With more organisations migrating their functionalities online, the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) had previously issued the Nigerian Data Protection Regulations. Following recommendations by stakeholders, NITDA has released a draft implementation framework informing individuals and corporations of the proposed compliance requirements under the said Regulations.
