Kofoworola is an Associate in the firm’s Banking and Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Company Secretarial and Intellectual Property practice groups.

Kofoworola advises both international and multinational companies on a range of commercial matters including corporate restructuring, corporate governance and intellectual property rights protection.

She was a core member of the team which advised a leading connectivity and telecommunications provider in Africa concerning the acquisition of a 100% stake in one of the foremost data and IP providers in Nigeria. She is also part of the legal team advising a multinational organisation, and leading player in the oil industry, in the acquisition of a lubricant blending business and assets of a downstream company in Nigeria.
