Biography

Ngozi is a Partner in the Firm and has over 11 years’ experience in Dispute Resolution (Litigation, Commercial Arbitration and Mediation) as well as significant experience in Corporate Commercial (Project Finance, Company Secretarial and Regulatory Compliance) practice areas.

She is the Team Lead currently advising an international telecommunications company and representing it in over 150 matters involving various aspects of law including taxation, labour/employment, environmental and property claims.

Ngozi has been regularly involved in arbitrations and mediations locally and internationally and is part of the team that successfully represented an IOC in arbitrations and litigations in respect of an offshore oilfield equity re-determination process involving several international oil companies. She has served as Tribunal Registrar in an arbitration between a ministry of the Federal Government and a Nigerian oil services Company. Ngozi regularly advises local and international clients on dispute resolution issues and represents clients at all Superior Courts of Record in Nigeria.
